• I have more than 35 years of experience as a General Contractor and Civil Engineering Contractor. I have built high-end homes and condominiums in Aspen, Vail, and Beaver Creek, Colorado. I also have extensive experience working in developing countries in Asia. My Civil Engineering experience includes specialized concrete and masonry construction, for which my company won the Portland Cement Award for Excellence in Concrete and Masonry Construction. As a permanent resident of the East Cape, I enjoy building and providing my professional construction services.

• Whatever your ideas are, we can build them. We train and employ local technicians and workers, accomplish our projects with our own workforce, and train and supervise the workforce to ensure the highest quality at a fair price. We will provide you with a professional written estimate and show up when we say we will, or you will get a phone call. We complete our projects on time and guarantee our work. A Factura Invoice will be provided for all work, allowing you to add the cost of the work to the basis of your home. We pay a fair wage and maintain a safe workplace. We believe safety on the job site is the responsibility of the company and its supervisors and make Safety First! We require an alcohol and drug-free workplace. We clean up as we go and upon completion. Our Mexicana supervisors are bi-lingual, with excellent expertise in construction techniques. We have a great team that works hard and gets the job done!
